The Harris County Master Drainage Project is a comprehensive, county-wide initiative aimed at updating and improving regional stormwater management, flood mitigation, and drainage infrastructure across all four county precincts. To ensure consistent quality and strategic alignment, the Harris County Engineering Department retained DCCM as the Prime Program Manager. Under this master contract, four distinct engineering consulting firms have been deployed—one assigned to each precinct—to develop localized master drainage plans.
Krest Engineers serves as a key technical subconsultant on the DCCM program management team.
