Foley Street Improvement Drainage Design

Foley Street was to be widened and extended from the intersection at N York Street to N Drennan Street. Krest Engineers designed the storm sewer system for 2-year level service using Atlas 14 rainfall data according to the Infrastructure Design Manual (IDM).

Krest Engineers developed PCSWMM models to simulate the existing and proposed condition for inline detention design. The modeling effort ensured the proposed storm sewer improvements would perform to the required level of service while accounting for the increased impervious area resulting from the street widening.
